Dublin City from HSQ1


Dublin City looking down the Quays with the Guinness brewery in the background. Another image from work similar to one I posted a few weeks back here. This time I was higher up in the building, 5th floor,so avoided the trees in the foreground that darkened the first one. It was a little brighter with a few more clouds so it was easier to pull in some more detail from what is a soft negative. It also increases the vignetting in the corners which I always like. I hope to replicate this in a print which is always satisfying. Taken on the Holga through a thick glass window and a mesh light blocking screen, film was Neopan 400 in Rodinal.
